Problem Note 61879: The SASCMD option can incorrectly be overridden when placed in the restricted options table if you use SASCMD= in the SIGNON and RSUBMIT statement
When you use the SASCMD= option in the SIGNON or RSUBMIT statements in SAS/CONNECT®, the new value incorrectly replaces the default or previously assigned value. This replacement occurs even though you placed the SASCMD system option in the restricted options table.
You encounter this issue when you submit code similar to the following:
signon foo sascmd="!sascmd";

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
The SASCMD option can incorrectly be overridden when placed in the restricted options table if you use SASCMD= in the SIGNON and RSUBMIT statements. For example, the SASCMD value could be changed by the following SIGNON statement: signon foo sascmd="!sascmd";
